SCVMM内部系统垃圾回收作业错误2601--无法连接到VMM数据库

System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2016内部系统垃圾回收作业错误2601–无法连接到VMM数据库，请确保SQL Server 正在运行并且配置正确，错误如下图：

此故障是微软已知问题并已经发布UR3补丁，此故障是作为垃圾收集器刷新的一部分，不影响SCVMM正常使用。
